Pembroke College is delighted to open applications for the third annual ‘Pembroke Scholars programme’. This event provides a small, select cohort of applicants with a programme of more intensive support with the Oxford application process, including personal statement, admissions test and interview preparation. All OxNet / Access Week participants who intend to make a full application specifically to Pembroke College this year are welcome to apply for the scheme. Applicants for any subject offered by Pembroke college are welcome to attend- you can find a list of the subjects we offer here.
What will the Pembroke Scholars programme involve?
For 2020, Pembroke Scholars will run as an online programme on Thursday 24 September. If you apply to the programme please keep this date free.
During the programme we will offer advice and guidance in the following areas:
- Personal statements
- Admissions tests
- Interviews
Please note that if your application is successful we will ask you to submit a draft of your UCAS personal statement by Monday 7 September. This does not need to be a polished, final piece. Rather we will use it to discuss and provide advice.
